One of my readers Julie, gave some very insightful comments on the alleged bombing incident which I would like to share with you all.
Publishing it here with her permission:
Julie:
With the corporate image and business interest that the Ayalas have, I don’t think they will renege their responsibility due to the incident provided the investigation can establish their accountability.
Methane gas (the suspect), either from nearby restaurants or from septic tanks, is a highly flamable matter. It can ignite even with lighted cigarettes (from smokers in the area). Add to this the foul odor that it would emit…this would not be unnoticed and would cause people to leave the area. There were no reported fire nor commotion due to bad odor. There were also no reports of multiple explosions… there are surely many gas tanks that can likewise explode due to pressure from previous explosion.
Note, the Magdalo mutineers were able to install their weaponry outside the periphery of Oakwood hotel… ALSO UNNOTICED by PNP and other security personnel? How much more if the incident originates from the basement as in the Glorietta case?

These guys are definitely huge on creativity and decided to create these 60-lb iPhone suits for halloween, complete with an animated LCD display from a real iPhone to complete the amazing effect.
LOL People on digg think we stole these displays from apple lol. But we didnt its just an LCD tv hooked into a video ipod. We edited the display video and cut out all the zoom out shots …
The suit weighs about 60 pounds we used PVC pipe and ratchet straps.
Now what about a dancing OS X Leopard or a dancing Zune?

Given the number of web hosting providers out there, deciding on a web host for the first time may prove to be a daunting task. Mind you, even web veterans sometimes need guidance in locating a new, better hosting provider.
This is where web hosting guides like Web Hosting Choice come into play.

I always believed that a good merchant knows his target market well. After all, the client is numero uno. This article really hit home in so many places.
FTA:
Some clients try to ensure they get the most value by pushing for more wireframes, more scope, more whatever — all quantitative indicators of value. Instead, clients should be pushing hard to get better quality products. Spend your consulting dollars on design work, not just communication (explaining the process and what’s going on to the rest of the organization).

It wasn’t so long ago that I read a Mashable article on Twitter: The Evolution of Cat Blogging, and I thought geez, who in their right mind would twit or even blog about their cat? I mean, don’t we have enough cat photos and vidios … vedios … I mean videos of cats already? Boring. Next topic please.
Well guess what, I just found another one of them:

I can has mouseburger!?!?

I recently adopted a stray cat and I have decided to name him Vedio. Vedio came into my life on the cloudy afternoon of November 3, 2007. I was on my way out of the delivery bay area of Festival Supermall when a tiny kitten came tumbling from the left out of nowhere and almost crossed my path. Without hesitation, I stopped the car, picked him up, and brought him in.
