Confused Ticketing Agent

While I was trying to reserve tickets for my cousin I encountered the following message from FilipinoTravel.com’s online reservation form:

(If inside village or beyond Metro Manila +Php 200. We strictly do not accept delivery beyond Metro Manila)

So does this mean that they do not accept delivery, unless we bribe them with 200 pesos?

ahaha… P200.00 under the table… they dont accept delivery beyond Metro Manila unless you offer them the said amount…

I think the WTF here is that they’re saying the fee for delivery outside Metro Manila is P200, while completely negating that later on by saying they do not deliver outside Metro Manila.

(or did I misread and was that what you were pointing out in the first place? hehe)
