Also, note that there 3 types of account in PayPal: Personal, Premier, and Business.

Personal accounts cannot process credit cards and you are limited to receiving $500 / month

Premier accounts do not have a monthly limit and you can do credit card processing and all sorts of stuff.

You can read more about it here: http://computer.howstuffworks.com/paypal4.htm

There is a withdrawal fee of $5 and there is a daily limit of $500. I am not sure how to make this limit higher. Also take note that it will auto-convert to peso so some value is lost there when converting from USD -> PHP. Xoom is definitely cheaper. The advantage with PayPal is simply ease of use.

There are many but probably easiest way to profit off the net would be to sell local products abroad. Another way would be to sell services such as web design and development (like me) or transcription. You may also try your luck by joining GPT (aka "get paid to") websites like stormpay.com. Just do a little search and find the one that works for you. Good luck! :)
