It was a busy Saturday for the Chateau 1771 group as they launch their first ever coffee table book. Present at the event were its pioneers Ricky Gutierrez and Vicky Pacheco. “Behind the doors of Chateau 1771” chronicles their ups and downs, from Ricky’s dreams of a reaturant on a hill when he was still studying in Ateneo to Vicky’s kitchen discipline. Now with five restaurants in three different cities and a book, Ricky is still dreaming.

The 224-page soft bound book is full of wonderful stories and pictures that will surely keep one entertained. If you are the type who loves to cook I am happy to report that there are 56 pages of recipes.
