10-year partnership
Coinciding with the company’s 10th anniversary is the recognition of its 10-year partnership with long-time industry retail partners namely Octagon, PC Express, PC Corner, Silicon Valley, Techead and Compex.
PC Express Product Manager Armando Carpena said, “PC Express extends its warmest congratulations to Neo Manufacturing for reaching its 10-year milestone in the personal computing business. Staying successful in this fast-changing industry is such a tall order; we’re glad that over the years, Neo has proven its ability to rise to the challenge, while effectively responding to growing consumer demands. Neo certainly has our continued support, and we look forward to many more years of strong and promising partnership with them.”
Partner Octagon, an award-winning retailer with over 30 years of industry experience, believes that partnering with Neo helps push forward its mission of bringing the most current computing innovations to all Filipinos from all walks of life.
Octagon Product Manager Bryan Chan said, “Our company strives to provide only the best customer experience by partnering with major brands in the IT industry. As a relatively young local IT player, Neo first surprised us with its courageous foray into the big IT league, directly competing against bigger major IT brands. As it is, competition among the big players is already tough enough, but Neo proved it was ready to take them on by wisely positioning its personal computing products to the low-to-medium market segment and combined this with very attractive price points.”
Cheng attributes their brand’s staying power to keeping attuned to current market needs and trends, while staying open-minded and ready to respond to new consumer demands. “IT consumers get bombarded almost every day with new technology products, gadgets and upgrades. So our best response, really, is to keep up and keep supplying what the market wants. That keeps us grounded in our business ideas, because we plan to stay around for many more years to come.”
