DZMM Teleradyo makes history with game-changing News and Current Affairs programs

DZMM Teleradyo ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs

DZMM Teleradyo was born four years ago DZMM when put a face on their radio offerings by bringing it to the television. With it came a heightened level of journalistic interactivity so far unseen in either platform. Today, they take another leap by airing its News and Current Affairs programs in Teleradyo format. The project is a culmination of DZMM’s 25th anniversary celebration DZMM Silveradyo.

Beginning on Monday September 5, award winning programs XXX, Patrol ng Pilipino, Storyline, Krusada, and SOCO will be airing on the ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs block at 9:15PM. From Monday to Friday, the shows will be rotating on DZMM Teleradyo and Sky Cable Channel 26.

This joint effort between DZMM and ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs will bring unparalleled interaction to viewers at a more accessible time slot.

Its collaborators fondly call the project a “marriage”, as if the two were a couple about to be betrothed. One could argue that they were never separated, and that the union is but a natural progression of the ever-changing face of modern journalism.

Then again, no one seems to object to the moniker. This is one honeymoon to watch out for.
