The above image illustrates the various modifications made to the DPWH picture which originally appeared on DPWH Facebook page around September 27 showing three (3) DPWH officials apparently inspecting the wreckage caused by typhoon Pedring. The fake photo fiasco casts a bad light on Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio Singson.
